Classic Lines Design Ltd. is committed to maintaining ongoing operations for our customers. We recognise that certain uncontrollable events may lead to interruptions of our normal operations. Since the timing and impact of such interruptions are unpredictable, we considered various scenarios that could lead to a significant business disruption. With that in mind, Classic Lines Design Ltd. has developed and maintains business continuity plans to continue critical business operations.

Business Scenario Preparedness

The goal of a business continuity plan is to provide for timely identification of the impact of any interruption and prompt resumption of operations. Classic Lines Design Ltd. has reviewed scenarios including a disruption to our facility, a business area, the city or a region. Such plans identify the need for safeguarding firm and client records; assessing the severity of an interruption; providing for alternative communication methods; notifying all necessary parties including clients, employees, regulators and vendors; and assessing the financial impact of the event. In order to protect the effectiveness of our plan, we maintain the confidentiality of the plans and do not provide specific details in this notice. However, please be advised that our plans provide for alternate support during such a disruption, including working through other firm locations, or directly with our clearing broker.
